February Monthly Theme

The monthly theme for February over at FredMiranda.com was “full”. Once again, I struggled with this competition and did not submit a photo until the final day. The photo I submitted was taken with my RF 100-400 in downtown Huntsville on a breezy cold Sunday morning. The 100-400 was on the camera around Big Spring Park to grab some pics of the local ducks. As I took photos of the ducks, I noticed the top of the parking garage packed with doves. It seemed like every minute or so, they’d get spooked by something and they’d fly off, only to be replaced with another lot. This happened several times over the course of a few minutes. I captured this photo and titled it “Birds in Full Flight”. In full flight is defined by the FreeDictionary.com as “Fleeing as quickly as someone or something can”. I think this photo is just that.
