Chincoteague Island
I’m just back from a work trip to Chincoteague Island, and have so many photos to process. This was my 1st trip to the island and I’m eager to return. I really enjoyed the area and the wildlife. Getting there is no easy task. American Airlines did not make it easy, in fact, they made it miserable. A missed connection because the plane’s toilet would not flush, a rebooked flight for the next day, and a bag that ended up in my final destination, but I did not made for a frustratingly long day. But once there, I thoroughly enjoyed the scenery, the food, and the weather. The mosquitoes were miserable, but I was able to put my Canon R7 paired with the RF 100-400 through its paces and I think it performed very well. I still think the Canon R5 is a far superior camera when it comes to image quality, but not by much. I have 8000 images to sort through!!! Here are a few I processed this week.
