The Lake District Workshop

I have finished with all of my photos from the Lake District, even the photos from my 3 day workshop with Stuart McGlennon. Stuart was on top of the weather and conditions and put us in the right spot time and time again to get some amazing photos. We didn’t get any crazy dramatic sunrise or sunset light on any of the days, but we were treated to some amazing weather. The rain didn’t catch up to us until the last session in which I think we were all done. And if you’re considering a workshop in the Lake District, I cannot recommend Stuart more. He was gracious, set us up for some great photos, assisted with compositions and any technical questions, and most importantly, wasn’t worried about getting a shot. He was there for us. Incredible time! I’m planning to sign up for his Lofoten islands workshop in March of 2026 and cannot wait.

Here are a selection of my favorite photos from the trip. There were so many, I can’t post them all, so, the full set is over on my Flickr page if you would like to see them all. Which is your favorite?
