Late September photo walk

It’s been a busy few weeks around here. Work has gotten hectic, I finished my 2025 friends and family calendar, and I have been prepping the house and yard for winter. On top of all of that, a Scotland and England trip is looming. With that being said, it’s been increasingly difficult to get out with my camera. Time hasn’t been a friend of mine.

The last time I got out with my camera was a few weeks back for a downtown photo walk with my friend Tom and his dog Bentley. We spent most of our time in and around Big Spring Park, and I was amazed and excited to see something new to photograph, a cormorant. I was able to get some closeups of it, and of it drying its wings. Since time is short, I’m cutting this entry short for now. Here are a few of my favorite photos from that morning out.
