Adobe Lightroom Lens Profile Corrections

As I mentioned in my Downtown Huntsville Walk post a few days back, I was having problems with the lens profile correction in Lightroom and Camera Raw. But only when using my Canon 24-240 lens.

After some research and a Reddit post, the issue has been identified. Apparently a newer version of the profile correction was released, version 3, and it is the problem. Switching to version 2 solves the issue.

That's good news! I almost messaged the person I bought the lens from to ask about the history of the lens, and I would have hated to have that conversation weeks after I bought the lens. Anyway, all is good for now and the goal is to take this lens with me on my October England/Scotland trip.
